Hi everyone! I'm Brandi – a wife of 23 years to my middle school sweetheart and mom to two amazing kids. Crafting has always been my passion, and after years of admiring other creators, I finally took the leap to start my own journey. Turnaround Time and Returns
Turnaround Times -
Pens and Freshies - 5 to 10 business days
Tumblers - 2 to 3 weeks due to the cure time of epoxy.
Returns - Due to items being handmade my items are not returnable or refundable. Exchanges will only be made if there is an error made by me during the creation of the product.
If you make an error in spelling, color choice, font or style while placing your order, you will need to reorder the product to receive the corrections. Since the item is customized, once the product is made, I am no longer able to accept it back as a return or resell it.
